Give your Fanny Five Freshers Tour

Lady Garden Foundation

Freshers Fair Tour & Digital Out of Home

The results

In total across the 16 day tour, 1,810 Vagina Dialogues were distributed, and thousands of pieces of merchandise, with a further 3,614 students emails being obtained for re-marketing purposes. Close to 100 students also registered their interest in becoming a student ambassador, and other services and stands wanted to connect with The Lady Garden Foundation beyond the scope of the freshers campaign.

The brief

The Crowd team were used to uplift their previously successful campaign from 2022. With a focus on creating a stand that was distinctive to the previously successful Give Your Fanny Five campaign in Manchester, but heightened to amplify the key messages and to stand out from the crowd. The Lady Garden Foundation identified the need of ease to tour with this stand, requested help with tour logistics, and that they needed promotional staff to run the events. With our help we could ensure that everything was in hand, and ultimately a successful educational campaign.

How we delivered

We were able to create a premium and bespoke eco campaign which consisted of a tailor made eco bath tub, and toilet dressed in foliage and vibrant pink, eco backdrops and banners, all of which reflected the charity's mission statement of being loud, bold, and to challenge taboos. #SilentNoMore.

By collaborating with the Lady Garden Foundation and their Give Your Fanny Five campaign, we collectively were able to raise awareness of the 5 gynaecological cancers to a magnitude of university students throughout a 16 day tour. The reach of the tour took our talented promotional staff across Scotland, and throughout England within the freshers period.

Crowd worked alongside their creative agency, Havas, to create individualised eye-catching merchandise that encouraged students to create new life long habits in checking their intimate parts for the signs of gynaecological cancer, some of these included mirrored postcards, pocket mirrors, and tote bags. Together we built a spectacular stand, and tour, that testified to a brilliant campaign!
