By starting his career helping graduate recruiters promote their schemes on campus, Dave gained a detailed understanding of what it is that makes students tick.


He has since gone on to design and implement industry leading campaigns for some of the UK's most recognisable brands, supporting them in becoming leaders in the student space.

With a first class honours in Graphic Design and Advertising, Senga combines her creative background with a highly professional and methodical approach to everything she does, meaning our clients campaigns are delivered to the highest quality.

Fay Cook 
Creative Lead

With an extensive portfolio of work within Interior Design and a B.A from UWTSD, Fay brings a high level of creativity to the Crowd team. Through her career she has represented a number of leading, high end brands and retailers in a variety of different roles.


At Crowd she leads on a number of key creative projects for our clients where her keen eye for detail delivers on their objectives time and again.

Emerson Osmond

Emo is a Non-Executive Director at Crowd and brings a huge amount of experience to our planning. Emo is currently Co-Founder and CSO at social media platform, Maybe. He was also a founding investor at the leading social media agency, Social Chain. His insight and knowledge is vital to ensuring the success of the business. He brings a digital and social media dimension to the company which is key as we look to fuse the online and offline experience through our brand activations.

Claire Bright 

Claire is a hugely experienced marketeer and is currently Customer Relationship Manager at JKlifting Equipment. She has a wealth of experience working with and managing agencies from a brand perspective having been Marketing Manager at Greggs. During her time at Greggs she oversaw campaigns that turned the brand into an absolute student favourite. 


Rich Wiltshire

Rich has vast Students’ Union experience having worked within the sector at Gloucestershire, Portsmouth, London South Bank, Brunel and now CEO at Cambridge. Rich is extremely well positioned to guide us, ensure we are implementing best practice and have an understanding of how our offering can be optimised for clients and suppliers.


Andrew Snape 

Andrew is Managing Director of Snape Group, a multi million pound group of eleven construction businesses based in Gloucestershire and operating across the South West region. Andrew brings a high level of business acumen to our board providing us with advice and guidance on our strategic business planning.



Emma has spent the last 8 years working at Gloscol, one of the largest FE colleges in the UK, where she is Head of Student support. She has strategic responsibility for working with employers and sits on various youth mental health groups, promoting the wellbeing agenda for young people in Gloucestershire. Emma brings a highly competent voice on the board alongside huge knowledge of the Further Education space. Prior to her current role Emma also worked for major Education specialist, Pearson and was formerly an elected Students' Union officer.
