About Crowd
In a nutshell, we get our clients in front of students, whether that be on-campus, on the street or via our media planning and fulfilment team. We work with the likes of Burger King, Odeon, Qatar Airways and Malibu (and many more), bringing these brands to life, leaving a lasting memory.
Crowd has been built on finding great people that share our passion and love of youth marketing. Our people come to work to achieve great things, have fun and learn new skills along the way. We look for great people and make the rest fit.
Crowd’s Account Executive’s play a crucial role in supporting the Account Managers in exceeding client expectations, delivering great campaigns on time, and on budget. The Client Delivery team is ultimately responsible for wowing clients into renewing their contracts with us, and this role directly plays into this.
This role offers a great opportunity to learn from and work with a more seasoned Account Manager, whilst also being responsible for managing smaller accounts and projects.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-
Support your Account Manager in managing a portfolio of client accounts and act as a key point of contact for the client and suppliers
-
Building strong relationships with key clients at all levels, giving them confidence in our ability as an agency and as client team
-
Take responsibility for smaller accounts and projects
-
Brief suppliers on the clients requirements and liaise between the two, managing the budget and timeline
-
Input into creative ideas and strategy for each client, taking time to consider the brief and offer ideas
-
Liaising with third parties, suppliers and other departments
-
Manage the project administration, invoicing process and logistics of campaigns
-
Attend events, representing Crowd as well as your client
-
Preparing project plans with guidance from senior members of the team
-
Present creative plans to the client with your Account Manager
-
Preparing reports and review documents and supporting your Account Manager in presenting this back to the client
About you…
First and foremost, you are a good person – someone who will contribute a positive and proactive “can-do” energy to the whole agency. At Crowd, we have an ‘all hands on deck’ approach at times, to get the job done. It is vital that you’re a team player and enjoy getting stuck in and learning new skills - in fact, we actively encourage this.
You have a great mind, are curious by nature and demonstrate critical thinking in how you approach challenges and opportunities, as well as a keen eye for detail.
As an Account Executive, you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, you’ll be hungry to learn and will be someone that is willing to throw themselves into the role and learn on the go.
It goes without saying, but you must be super organised, personable and creative. We work as one big team here at Crowd, and often all collaborate to put the clients’ best interests first, therefore you must know when to ask for help, and know how to utilise the strengths of others within the agency.
Please note that this role requires the candidate to drive.
